How To Use

1) Dried Bael Fruit

Bael Juice Preparation

Ingredients:

• 5,000 ml water

• 200 g dried bael fruit

• 300 g unbleached sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Rinse the dried bael fruit.

2. Roast over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes until fragrant.

3. Boil water, then reduce heat and add roasted bael fruit.

4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

5. Add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved.

6. Bring to a boil again, turn off heat, cool completely.

7. Strain and bottle.

2) Dried Engelhardia Spicata

Add to 2 liters of boiling water.
Boil for 10–15 minutes.
Drink warm.
