How to make bael fruit juice 

Ingredients Bael fruit juice 

– 5,000 ml of water 

– 200 grams of dried bael fruit 

– 300 grams of unbleached sugar 

– 1/2 teaspoon of salt 

 

1. Wash the bael fruit, heat a pan, turn on the gas, and use medium-low heat. 
2. Roast the bael fruit until fragrant, roast all the time, about 15 minutes, and set aside. 
3. Put the pot, add water, turn on the gas, bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low heat, and add bael fruit. 
4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, then cut off all the bael pulp. 
5. Add sugar and salt, and mix until well dissolved.
