Return & Refund Policy

At present, we will not accept any returns and refunds on international orders, due to the high shipping costs involved. All sales are final.

Return:

Thai customs has the right to detain returned shipment, the sender may not be able to receive it back. No refund if the shipment is:

  • returned
  • abandoned
  • on hold
  • delayed
  • unclaimed
  • overdue
  • lost
  • unable to be delivered
  • prohibited or restricted in the destination

Out Of Stock:

If the buyer orders one of the items out of stock, Thaiwholesaler.com will only refund the item price and then ship all the rest.

New Package:

Items may occasionally ship with alternate packaging. If the buyer receives a new package that is not exactly the same as the one you ordered, the buyer cannot request a refund, because some manufacturers switch packaging or ingredients without notification, it may be waiting for an update on our website.

Damage Or Lost:

We will provide enhanced protective packing and handle each parcel carefully. After an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages and losses that may be incurred during the shipping process and delivery. The buyer can contact the logistics company directly to file a claim if the shipment is damaged or lost.

Incorrect, Expired, Or Missing Item:

If we sent you something wrong, please keep all the items new with a seal packing then contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order informing us of the problem. We reserve the right to ask you to send digital photographs to understand any issues and investigate with the logistics company.
