4. Return & Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy

All international sales are final due to high international shipping and processing costs.

Once an order enters Processing status, cancellations, changes, exchanges, reshipments, returns, and refunds are not permitted.

Orders shipped to an address different from the cardholder’s billing address are considered authorized transactions, buyers agree not to file claims, disputes, or chargebacks.

Refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside the seller’s control, including delivery issues, customs issues, return-to-sender situations.

Any approved refund will be issued as Store Credit (Coupon Code) for future purchases on the website only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2 Return Conditions

Thai Customs regulations may restrict or detain returned shipments. As a result, returned shipments may not be released to the seller and may incur international return fees.
 
ThaiWholesaler.com is responsible only for supplying the purchased products. Shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery are handled by third-party carriers and authorities and are outside the seller’s control.
 
Therefore, refunds will not be issued for orders once the shipment has arrived in the destination country and is affected by any of the following tracking statuses or delivery situations:
 
  • Address Unknown
  • Address Cannot Be Located
  • Insufficient Address
  • Arrival at Collection Point for Pick-up
  • Unclaimed Shipment
  • Refused by Recipient/ Customs
  • Warehouse Scan
  • Held at Customs
  • Unsuccessful Delivery
  • Failed Delivery Attempt
  • Returned to Sender
 

4.3 Out-of-Stock

If a shipment contains a product that is out of stock, the remaining products will be shipped first. ThaiWholesaler.com will issue Store Credit (Coupon Code) equal to the price of the unavailable product only.

4.4 Packaging

Manufacturers may change packaging or ingredients without prior notice.

Receiving updated packaging or new versions is not grounds for a refund.

4.5 Damaged or Lost

All orders are carefully packed with protective materials.

Once shipped, ThaiWholesaler.com is not liable for damage or loss during transit.

Buyers may file claims directly with the shipping carrier where applicable.

4.6 Incorrect, Expired, or Missing Products

If buyers receive an incorrect, expired, or missing product, please:

  • Keep all products in original sealed condition
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and videos of the shipment and products

If approved, ThaiWholesaler.com may issue Store Credit (Coupon Code) for the affected product only after the original products have been returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.7 Store Credit

ThaiWholesaler.com may issue Store Credit (coupon code) at its sole discretion only after returned products are successfully received. All shipping costs remain non-refundable and must be paid by buyers.

Store Credit applies to the product value only and is valid for future purchases on the website.

Store Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and constitutes full settlement of the order.
