We mainly ship via Thailand Post, UPS, USPS, GoFo Express, Uni Uni, Aramex, FedEx, and SF Express.
Our shipping agents will select the most suitable carrier based on destination, customs regulations, service availability, and delivery efficiency.
Most shipments are delivered door-to-door.
However, depending on customs regulations or local carrier policies, some shipments may require collection at a local post office, pickup point, customs office, or carrier branch within a specified time period.
If the shipment is not collected before the deadline, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, the order is non-refundable.
Tracking information will be sent to email after 1-5 business days of payment. Delays can also occur during production, customs inspection, long holidays, airline transit, or while waiting for transfer to a local last-mile carrier.
Some tracking may first shows statuses such as “Shipment Created” or “Shipping Label Created”. This means the shipment information has been submitted to the carrier system but the parcel is still in transit between countries or awaiting arrival at the destination country. Tracking updates will normally resume once the shipment reaches the destination country or is scanned by the last-mile carrier.
First, double-check the shipping information entered during checkout is correct. Shipping details provided during checkout are transmitted directly to the carrier system and used for delivery processing. Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, postal code, and recipient information are provided in English and are accurate and valid.
Second, immediately contact your local carrier or customs office directly and bring your ID card, passport, and shipping details to claim your shipment.
Buyers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status and contacting the local carrier when necessary. Not receiving a notification or contact from the carrier does not constitute valid grounds for claims, disputes, or chargebacks.
Buyers should familiarize themselves with their local regulations, customs requirements, and import laws. These procedures vary by country and are outside the seller’s control. Therefore, orders affected by these tracking statuses are non-refundable, as returned shipments may incur international return fees and may also not be released by Thai Customs.
Most shipments are tax-free.
However, these fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs because they are collected by the customs authorities of the importing country.
If duties or taxes apply, the courier may contact you before delivery, or payment may be required through the carrier’s website.
Please note that if buyers fail to pay these fees, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or held by customs, and no refund will be available.
In most cases, no special documents are required for delivery. However, depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be asked to provide identification, a tax ID, or import-related documents.
Please note that ThaiWholesaler.com is unable to assist with additional documentation, and orders cannot be refunded.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, unpaid duties, incorrect shipping details, shipments held at collection points, or lost. Buyers should double-check their shipping information and being active to contact the destination carrier directly.
Shipments affected by these issues are outside the seller’s control and are therefore non-refundable.
