3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Shipping Countries

We ship from Thailand to most countries worldwide.


3.2 Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and product availability.

Order cut-off time: 17:00 (Bangkok Time).


3.3 Shipping Cost

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on total dimensional weight and destination.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.


3.4 Shipping Time

We offer 4 shipping timeframes:

  • Express Shipping: 4–10 days
  • Fast Shipping: 7–14 days
  • Economy Shipping: 10–20 days
  • Local Shipping 1-7 days

Delivery times are estimates only and do not include handling time, production time, or customs clearance. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


3.5 Logistics Companies

We ship mainly viaΒ Thailand Post, UPS, USPS, GoFo Express, Uni Uni, Aramex, FedEx, and SF Express.

Our shipping agent will select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination and service availability to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


3.6 Address Requirements

For security reasons, orders are shipped to the billing address by default. Orders shipped to an address different from the cardholder’s billing address are considered authorized transactions and are not eligible for compensation, returns, or refunds.

A complete English shipping address with a valid phone number and postal code is required.

We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. PO Boxes may be accepted depending on carrier restrictions and destination country regulations.

Door-to-door delivery is the default shipping method. If a shipment is held at a pickup point, buyers are responsible for collecting it within the carrier’s specified holding period.

Shipments that are unclaimed, abandoned, refused, or not collected within the carrier’s holding period are non-refundable.


3.7 Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once the order has been shipped. Buyers should check their inbox, junk, or spam folders.

Tracking updates may be delayed due to production, customs inspection, long holidays, airline transit, or transfer to a local last-mile carrier.

Buyers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and contacting the carrier directly in a timely manner.

Failure to receive delivery notifications or carrier contact does not constitute valid grounds for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

Shipments that are returned or held by the carrier or customs are non-refundable.


3.8 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges are the buyers’ responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs, as they are charged by the destination authorities.

Buyers may be required to provide identification, tax ID, or additional import documentation in accordance with local regulations.

Customs policies and import regulations vary by country. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local laws and import requirements before placing an order.

Shipments affected by unpaid duties or taxes, customs rejection, seizure, destruction, return, or customs holds due to local import restrictions or documentation issues are non-refundable.
