3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Shipping Countries
We ship from Thailand to most countries worldwide.

3.2 Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Order cut-off time: 17:00 (Bangkok Time).

3.3 Shipping Cost
International shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight and destination.
All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

3.4 Shipping Time
We offer three shipping timeframes:

  • Express Shipping: 4–10 days

  • Fast Shipping: 7–14 days

  • Economy Shipping: 10–20 days

Note: Delivery times do not include production, handling, or customs procedures. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

3.5 Logistics Companies
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, Aramex, FedEx, SF Express, USPS, and local postal services.

3.6 Address Requirements
A complete English address with a zip code is required.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
PO Boxes may or may not be accepted depending on carrier regulations.
Door-to-door delivery is the default; if a shipment is held at a collection point, the buyer must collect it within the stated period.
Shipments not collected within the carrier’s holding period are considered abandoned and non-refundable.

3.7 Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships, please check your inbox, junk, or spam folders.
The buyer is responsible for monitoring the shipment via the carrier’s website.
ThaiWholesaler.com is not responsible for no update on tracking status, and the buyer must follow up directly with the carrier.
No refund will be issued for unattended or unclaimed shipments if they remain at customs or the post office for too long and are returned or abandoned.

3.8 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer may need to provide identification, tax ID, or import documents. ThaiWholesaler.com is not responsible for additional documentation.
If customs find restricted ingredients and reject, return, seize, or destroy the shipment due to destination laws, no refund will be issued.
Customs policies vary by country, please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
