All international sales are final. Due to high shipping costs, returns and refunds are not available once an order has been shipped.
4.2 Return Conditions
Thai customs may detain returned shipments, and the sender may not recover them.
Refunds will not be issued if a shipment is:

4.3 Out-of-Stock
If a shipment contains a product that is out of stock, ThaiWholesaler.com will refund the product price only and ship the remaining order.
4.4 Packaging
Manufacturers may change packaging or ingredients without prior notice.
Receiving a replacement or new version is not grounds for a refund.
4.5 Damaged or Lost
All orders are carefully packed with protective materials.
Once shipped, ThaiWholesaler.com is not liable for damage or loss during transit.
The buyer may file a damage or loss claim directly with the carrier.
4.6 Incorrect, Expired, or Missing
If the buyer receive an incorrect, expired, or missing product, please:

Keep all products in their original sealed condition.

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Provide clear photo and video of the shipment and products.
We will investigate and assist where possible. If a return is approved, all shipping costs remain non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.
