1 . Shipping Policy:

1.1 Shipping Countries:

We can deliver to most countries in the world from Thailand.

1.2 Handling Time:

1-5 business days before shipping with an order cut-off time of 17:00 (Bangkok Time).

1.3 Shipping Cost:

International shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the total order and is shown on the cart and check out page after you select your shipping country.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.

1.4 Shipping Time:

We are currently offering 3 shipping classes with timeframes:

•Express shipping 4-10 days

•Fast shipping 7-14 days

•Econ shipping 10-20 days

It does not include the factory producing time, shipment preparation, and customs procedure, so we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

1.5 Logistics Company:

UPS, Aramex, FedEx, SF Express, USPS, Post, etc.

1.6 Addresses:

All international orders require a verifiable English address and zip code.

We cannot ship to international APO/ FPO Military addresses.

PO Box addresses may be acceptable depending on the logistics company’s regulations, please note that express shipping is not applicable.

A door-to-door service is preset, if the shipment is stranded at the collection point, the recipient must pick it up within a validity period.

1.7 Tracking:

The tracking number will be sent via email once shipped, please check your junk or spam folder as well. The buyer is responsible for following the tracking status on time, if there is any problem, directly contact your local department before the shipment is returned or abandoned which is non-refundable.

1.8 Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility in the destination country. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for accurate information. The recipient may be required to provide identification, tax ID, import license, etc. to release a shipment. Thaiwholesaler.com is not responsible for providing any documentation.

Certain goods will not be authorized for importation into certain countries. In case, customs randomly checks and finds certain ingredients prohibited, they may request to provide certain certificates, otherwise return or destroy the shipment. The buyer cannot request a refund because we have already sent the goods. Please check your customs rules before placing an order.

2 . Refund Policy:

At present, we will not do refunds on international orders, due to the high shipping costs involved. All sales are final.

2.1 Return:

Thai customs has the right to detain returned shipment, the sender may not be able to receive it back. No refund if the shipment is:

• returned
• abandoned
• on hold
• delayed
• unclaimed
• overdue
• lost
• unable to contact
• insufficient/ unknown/ non-English address
• violate laws of destination

2.2 Out Of Stock:

If the buyer orders one of the items out of stock, Thaiwholesaler.com will only refund the item price and then ship all the rest.

2.3 New Package:

Items may occasionally ship with alternate packaging. If the buyer receives a new package that is not exact the same as the one you ordered, the buyer cannot request a refund, because some manufacturers switch packaging or ingredients without notification, it may be waiting for an update on our website.

2.4 Damage Or Lost:

Our professional packing team will provide enhanced protective packing and handle each parcel carefully. After an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for any damages and losses that may be incurred during the shipping process and delivery. The buyer can contact the logistics company directly to file a claim if the shipment is damaged or lost.

2.5 Incorrect, Expired, Or Missing Item:

If we sent you something wrong, please keep all the items new with a seal packing then contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order informing us of the problem. We reserve the right to ask you to send digital photographs to understand any issues and investigate with the logistics company.

In case, the destination returns the shipment, the buyer must get our approval first, all shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.
