I am currently in Thailand. Can I visit your shop?
Thank you for your interest. We operate as an online shop and do not accept walk-in visits. However, you may place an order on our website and select Thailand as the shipping country. We will arrange local delivery to your hotel, which is more convenient and cost-effective.
Can I buy for a personal use?
Definitely! Personal buyers can shop freely. Whether it’s for individual use or business, you can enjoy our products with both retail and bulk savings.
Do you offer discounts for wholesale buyers?
Yes. You can see quantity discounts on every product page, showing the price per piece. We offer up to 45% off the retail price.
Do I need to register or join your membership?

How can I modify my order, such as product quantity, variation, phone number, or shipping address?
Products cannot be adjusted after the order is placed.

Is it door-to-door service?
Most orders are delivered door-to-door. In some cases, due to customs or local carrier policies, you may need to collect your shipment at a designated collection point in a timely manner.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship mainly via Thailand Post, UPS, USPS, GoFo Express, Uni Uni, Aramex, FedEx, and SF Express.
Our shipping agent will select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination and service availability to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Can I arrange pickup by my carrier from your shop?
Sure. You may arrange your own forwarder in Thailand. As we operate as an online shop, please place your order on our website first and select Thailand as the shipping country, then remark “local pickup”. After payment, kindly message us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp: +66 851629465 so we can provide the updated pickup location, lead time, and package details as needed.
Will you provide a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships. Please check your inbox, junk, or spam folders.
The buyer must follow up the shipment via the carrier’s website directly.
ThaiWholesaler.com is not responsible for lack of updates on the tracking status.
No refund will be issued for inactive buyer or unclaimed shipments if they remain at customs or the post office for too long and are returned or abandoned.

Do I need to pay import tax and customs duties?
Most shipments are tax-free.
However, these fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs because they are received by the customs authorities – a government agency of the importing country.
If duties or taxes apply, the courier will contact you, or you can pay on the carrier’s website before delivery. If you choose not to pay these fees, the shipment may be returned or held, and unfortunately, no refund will be available.
What documents should I provide to receive my shipment?
In most cases, no special documents are required for delivery. However, depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be asked to provide identification, a tax ID, or import-related documents. Please note that ThaiWholesaler.com is unable to assist with additional documentation, and orders cannot be refunded.
Why I haven’t I received my shipment?
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, unpaid duties, incorrect shipping details, shipments held at collection points, or lost. Buyers should double-check their shipping information and being active to contact the destination carrier directly. Shipments affected by these issues are non-refundable.
5. Return & Refund
Can I get my money back if I cancel my order?
Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled and refunds are not available. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
Can I get my money back if I return the products?
Unfortunately, returns are non-refundable due to the following reasons:
First, returned shipments may be detained or not released by Thai Customs.
Second, international shipping costs are high and non-recoverable.
Can I get my money back if I receive a different package product?
Manufacturers may change packaging or ingredients without prior notice.
Receiving a replacement or new version is not grounds for a refund.
Can I get my money back if the shipment is damaged or lost?
All orders are carefully packed with protective materials.
Once shipped, ThaiWholesaler.com is not liable for damage or loss during transit.

Can I get my money back if I receive an incorrect, expired, or missing product?

Customs restrictions: This policy mainly applies to countries with strict import regulations and helps protect against shipments that are returned or abandoned by customs. The decision regarding a shipment rests with the destination country, so the buyer assumes this risk, as Thai customs may not return the shipment to the sender.
Refusal to pay taxes: This policy also applies to buyers who fail to pay destination import duties or taxes, which may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned.
Inactive buyer: The buyer should always stay alert and follow up the shipment directly with the carrier to ensure timely delivery. Not receiving contact from the courier does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. ThaiWholesaler.com holds no responsibility for delivery issues after dispatch.
