No, we do not offer cash on delivery because our warehouse and customers are in different countries. Payments must be completed online securely upon delivery.

If a bank mistakenly approved a fraudulent account, it would result in significant compensation. This makes the bank a reliable intermediary for your payments.
  2. Website platform : Running a professional website involves significant costs. We would not risk our company’s reputation or future business for a single order.

4 . Shipping & Delivery

For global shipments, up to three shipping timeframes are shown at checkout (if available):

  • Express Shipping: 4–10 days

  • Fast Shipping: 7–14 days

  • Economy Shipping: 10–20 days

Note: Delivery times do not include production, handling, or customs clearance. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

International shipping costs are calculated based on your total order weight and destination. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Most orders are delivered door-to-door. In some cases, due to customs or local carrier policies, you may need to collect your shipment at a designated collection point in a timely manner.

We ship mainly via Thailand Post, UPS, USPS, Aramex, FedEx, and SF Express.
Our shipping agent will select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination and service availability to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships. Please check your inbox, junk, or spam folders.
The buyer should be alert  for monitoring the shipment via the carrier’s website.
ThaiWholesaler.com is not responsible for lack of updates on the tracking status, and the buyer must follow up directly with the carrier.
No refund will be issued for unattended or unclaimed shipments if they remain at customs or the post office for too long and are returned or abandoned.

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs because they are received by the customs authorities (a government agency) of the importing country. 
Most shipments are tax-free.
If duties or taxes apply, the courier will contact you, or you can pay on the carrier’s website before delivery. If you choose not to pay these fees, the shipment may be returned or held, and unfortunately, no refund will be available.

In most cases, no special documents are required for delivery. However, depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be asked to provide identification, a tax ID, or import-related documents. Please note that ThaiWholesaler.com is unable to assist with additional documentation, and orders cannot be refunded.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, unpaid duties, incorrect shipping details, shipments held at collection points, or lost. Buyers should double-check their shipping information and stay alert to contact the destination carrier directly. Shipments affected by these issues are non-refundable.

5. Return & Refund

Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled and refunds are not available. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Unfortunately, returns are non-refundable due to the following reasons:
First, returned shipments may be detained or not released by Thai Customs.
Second, international shipping costs are high and non-recoverable.

Manufacturers may change packaging or ingredients without prior notice.
Receiving a replacement or new version is not grounds for a refund.

All orders are carefully packed with protective materials.
Once shipped, ThaiWholesaler.com is not liable for damage or loss during transit.
The buyer may file a damage or loss claim directly with the carrier.

If the buyer receive an incorrect, expired, or missing product, please:

  1. Keep all products in their original sealed condition.

  2. Email us [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.

  3. Provide clear photo and video of the shipment and products.

We will investigate and assist where possible. If a return is approved, all shipping costs remain non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.

First, this policy mainly applies to countries with strict import regulations and helps protect against shipments returned or abandoned by customs. The decision regarding a shipment rests with the destination country, so the buyer assumes this risk, as Thai customs may not giving back the shipment to the sender.

Second, this policy also applies to buyers who refuse or fail to pay destination import duties or taxes, as such cases result in shipment return or abandonment.

Third, the buyer should always stay alert and track the shipment directly with the carrier to ensure timely delivery, as not receiving contact from the courier does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. ThaiWholesaler.com holds no responsibility for delivery issues after dispatch.

If none of these conditions apply to you, there’s no need for concern — your order will be processed and delivered as usual.
