3. Payment

No, we do not offer cash on delivery because our warehouse and customers are in different countries. Payments must be completed online securely upon delivery.

We are a legitimate wholesaler with years of experience serving customers worldwide. All orders are processed promptly, and a tracking number is provided once your order ships. We encourage buyers to monitor their shipment tracking for transparency and peace of mind.

To further clarify:

  1. Bank: Setting up a company in Thailand to process online payments requires strict bank verification. Banks carefully review businesses to prevent fraud. If a bank mistakenly approved a fraudulent account, it would result in significant compensation. This makes the bank a reliable intermediary for your payments.
  2. Website platform: Running a professional website involves significant costs. We would not risk our company’s reputation or future business for a single order.
  3. Social Media: You can verify feedback from other customers on our official Facebook page: https://facebook.com/wholesalerthai

We accept major credit / debit cards, bank transfers, Western Union, Wise, Alipay. All payments gateways are secure and encrypted.

Absolutely. Our website uses secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

All website prices are shown in USD, but transactions are completed in THB. Differences may occur due to currency exchange rates or bank conversion fees.

4 . Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to nearly every country in the world! Please note that some restricted regions may not be eligible for delivery. If your country is deliverable, the shipping cost will appear on the checkout page. Feel free to email us [email protected] anytime to confirm shipping to your location.

For global shipments, up to three shipping timeframes are shown at checkout (if available):

  • Express Shipping: 4–10 days

  • Fast Shipping: 7–14 days

  • Economy Shipping: 10–20 days

  • Local Shipping: 2–7 days

Note: Delivery times do not include production, handling, or customs clearance. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

International shipping costs are calculated based on your total order weight and destination. The exact amount will be shown at checkout page before you complete your order.

  • Shipping fees are calculated using the carrier’s chargeable weight, not the product’s net weight.

  • Gross weight includes the product plus packaging materials.

  • Dimensional weight may apply when the package size is large, even if it is lightweight.

  • Carriers may charge a higher freight rate like 20% upfront, the remaining amount will be used for buffer and packaging.

  • International shipping fees are set directly by the carriers, and we do not add any markup or profit.

Most shipments are delivered door-to-door.

However, depending on customs regulations or local carrier policies, some shipments may require collection at a local post office, pickup point, customs office, or carrier branch within a specified time period.

If the shipment is not collected before the deadline, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, the order is non-refundable.

We ship mainly via Thailand Post, UPS, Aramex, FedEx, SF, Royal Mail, USPS, GoFo, EMile, and PostNL.
Our shipping agent will select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination and service availability to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Sure. You may arrange your own forwarder in Thailand. As we operate as an online shop, please place your order on our website first and select Thailand as the shipping country, then remark “local pickup”. After payment, kindly message us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp: +66 851629465 so we can provide the updated pickup location, lead time, and package details as needed.

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships. Please check your inbox, junk, or spam folders.
Buyers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status and contacting the local carrier when necessary. Not receiving a notification or contact from the carrier does not constitute valid grounds for claims, disputes, or chargebacks.

First, check your email for your tracking number. Then, copy and paste it into the tracking page of your carrier:

If you are unsure which carrier is handling your shipment, you can also track it here:

Tracking information will be sent to email after 1-5 business days of payment. Delays can also occur during production, customs inspection, long holidays, airline transit, or while waiting for transfer to a local last-mile carrier.

Some tracking may first shows statuses such as “Shipment Created” or “Shipping Label Created”. This means the shipment information has been submitted to the carrier system but the parcel is still in transit between countries or awaiting arrival at the destination country. Tracking updates will normally resume once the shipment reaches the destination country or is scanned by the last-mile carrier.

First, double-check the shipping information entered during checkout is correct. Shipping details provided during checkout are transmitted directly to the carrier system and used for delivery processing. Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, postal code, and recipient information are provided in English and are accurate and valid.

Second, immediately contact your local carrier or customs office directly and bring your ID card, passport, and shipping details to claim your shipment.

Buyers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status and contacting the local carrier when necessary. Not receiving a notification or contact from the carrier does not constitute valid grounds for claims, disputes, or chargebacks.

Buyers should familiarize themselves with their local regulations, customs requirements, and import laws. These procedures vary by country and are outside the seller’s control. Therefore, orders affected by these tracking statuses are non-refundable, as returned shipments may incur international return fees and may also not be released by Thai Customs.

Most shipments are tax-free.

However, these fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs because they are collected by the customs authorities of the importing country.

If duties or taxes apply, the courier may contact you before delivery, or payment may be required through the carrier’s website.

Please note that if buyers fail to pay these fees, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or held by customs, and no refund will be available.

In most cases, no special documents are required for delivery. However, depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be asked to provide identification, a tax ID, or import-related documents. Please note that ThaiWholesaler.com is unable to assist with additional documentation, and orders cannot be refunded.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, unpaid duties, incorrect shipping details, shipments held at collection points, or lost. Buyers should double-check their shipping information and being active to contact the destination carrier directly. Shipments affected by these issues are outside the seller’s control and are therefore non-refundable.

5. Return & Refund

Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled and refunds are not available. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Unfortunately, returns are non-refundable due to the following reasons:
First, returned shipments may be detained or not released by Thai Customs.
Second, international shipping costs are high and non-recoverable.

Manufacturers may change packaging or ingredients without prior notice.
Receiving a replacement or new version is not grounds for a refund.

All orders are carefully packed with protective materials.
Once shipped, ThaiWholesaler.com is not liable for damage or loss during transit.
We may assist the buyer to file a damage or loss claim directly with the carrier.

If the buyer receive an incorrect, expired, or missing product, please:

  1. Keep all products in their original sealed condition.

  2. Email us [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.

  3. Provide clear photo and video of the shipment and products.

We will investigate and assist where possible. If a return is approved, all shipping costs remain non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.

Customs restrictions: This policy mainly applies to countries with strict import regulations and helps protect against shipments that are returned or abandoned by customs. The decision regarding a shipment rests with the destination country, so the buyer assumes this risk, as Thai customs may not return the shipment to the sender.

Refusal to pay taxes: This policy also applies to buyers who fail to pay destination import duties or taxes, which may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned.

Inactive buyer: The buyer should always stay alert and follow up the shipment directly with the carrier to ensure timely delivery. Not receiving contact from the courier does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. ThaiWholesaler.com holds no responsibility for delivery issues after dispatch.

If none of these conditions apply to you, there is no need for concern – your order will be processed and delivered as usual!
