3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Shipping Countries

We ship from Thailand to most countries worldwide.


3.2 Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and product availability.

Order cut-off time: 17:00 (Bangkok Time).


3.3 Shipping Cost

International shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and destination at checkout page.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.


3.4 Shipping Time

We offer 4 shipping timeframes:

  • Express Shipping: 4–10 days
  • Fast Shipping: 7–14 days
  • Economy Shipping: 10–20 days
  • Local Shipping 1-7 days

Delivery times are estimates only and do not include handling time, production time, or customs clearance. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


3.5 Logistics Companies

We ship mainly via Thailand Post, UPS, USPS, GoFo Express, Uni Uni, Aramex, FedEx, and SF Express.

Our shipping agent will select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination and service availability to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


3.6 Address Requirements

For security reasons, orders are shipped to the billing address by default. Orders shipped to an alternative address requested by the customer are not eligible for compensation, returns, or refunds.

A complete English address with a valid postal code is required.

We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. PO Boxes may be accepted depending on carrier restrictions.

Door-to-door delivery is the default option. If a shipment is held at a pickup point, the buyer must collect it within the carrier’s specified timeframe.

Shipments not collected within the carrier’s holding period will be considered abandoned and are non-refundable.


3.7 Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped. Please check your inbox, junk, or spam folders.

The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment via the carrier’s website.

ThaiWholesaler.com is not responsible for tracking delays or updates. Buyers must contact the carrier directly for shipment status.

No refund will be issued for unclaimed or unattended shipments that are returned, held, or abandoned by the carrier.


3.8 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Buyers may be required to provide identification, tax ID, or import documents. ThaiWholesaler.com is not responsible for additional documentation requirements.

If customs reject, return, seize, or destroy a shipment due to local import regulations or restricted ingredients, no refund will be issued.

Customs policies vary by country. Buyers are advised to check local import regulations before placing an order.
