4. Return & Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy

Cancellations, changes, and refunds are strictly not allowed once an order enters Processing status.

All international sales are final. Due to high shipping costs, returns and refunds are not available once an order has been shipped.

Orders shipped to an address different from the cardholderโ€™s billing address are considered authorized. Buyers waive the right to file claims, disputes, or chargebacks.


4.2 Return Conditions

Thai customs regulations may restrict or detain returned shipments. In many cases, returned shipments may not be recoverable by sellers.

Sellers are responsible only for supplying the purchased products. Shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery are handled by third parties and are outside sellers’ control.

Refunds will not be issued if a shipment is:

  • Returned, abandoned, unclaimed, seized, delayed, or destroyed
  • Sent to an incorrect, incomplete, insufficient, or non-English address, or the address cannot be located
  • Delivery attempt unsuccessful
  • Buyers cannot be contacted by courier or customs
  • Refused by recipients
  • Held, rejected, or confiscated by customs
  • In violation of import laws, regulations, or restrictions in the destination country

4.3 Out-of-Stock

If a shipment contains a product that is out of stock, the remaining products will be shipped first. ThaiWholesaler.com will issue Store Credit (Coupon Code) equal to the price of the unavailable product only.


4.4 Packaging

Manufacturers may change packaging or ingredients without prior notice.

Receiving updated packaging or new versions is not grounds for a refund.


4.5 Damaged or Lost

All orders are carefully packed with protective materials.

Once shipped, ThaiWholesaler.com is not liable for damage or loss during transit.

Buyers may file claims directly with the shipping carrier where applicable.


4.6 Incorrect, Expired, or Missing Products

If buyers receives an incorrect, expired, or missing product, please:

  • Keep all products in original sealed condition
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and videos of the shipment and products

We will investigate and assist where possible. If a return is approved, all shipping costs remain non-refundable and must be paid by buyers.


4.7 Store Credit

ThaiWholesaler.com may issue Store Credit (Coupon Code) at our discretion only after the returned items are successfully received under special circumstances.

Store Credit applies to the product value only. Shipping fees are non-refundable as shipping services have already been used.

Store Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for website future purchases only.

Acceptance of Store Credit constitutes full settlement of the order. No further refunds, disputes, or chargebacks will be permitted.
