– The recipients should always follow up the tracking status, if there is no update for a period, please contact your local delivery service to discuss further options.

– The estimate arrival date is excluding the customs clearance process time. Some countries may takes longer time.

– Be sure your shipping address is correct in English, with a valid zip code. We will not ship out if you provide incorrect details.

– All the shipping fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyers.

– Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item(s) price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If the buyers refuse to pay that at the destination country , the buyers will not get any refund finally.

– All international shipments must pass the customs clearance at the destination country. In case the import restriction occurs, the recipients must prepare the import license or documents themselves. For example, some goods will not be allowed for import to some countries. If the customs do random check and find some prohibited ingredients, they may destroy the item(s) or request to provide some documents. In this case, the clients are unable to claim for a refund because we’ve already sent the goods. So PLEASE CHECK YOUR CUSTOMS REGULATIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!
