What are the delivery charges for orders from the Thaiwholesaler?

Shipping fee is according to the weight and service. You can choose different services like Registered Air Mail / Fast shipping / Express shipping, we will follow to send by Post Office / DHL / Fedex / UPS etc. . It will show the estimate days need and the total shipping fee when you checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Thaiwholesaler?

We accept debit / credit cards / PayPal / bank transfer for the payment. Buyers should pay the surcharge if any.

How long will delivery take?

You may receive the parcel around 4-30 days depend on the service you chosen, custom checking and public holidays. Sometimes it can take up to 4-8 weeks in very rare case. Thaiwholesaler has no responsibility on any delay and lost by accident or the customs procedure in your country.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse within 1-5 days, or, at the latest, the following work day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, After Checkout you will recieve an invoice directly to your email.

Do i need import license or any docuement to receive the parcel?

Import restrictions of individual country is applicable for all internet purchase. Buyers are therefore responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination before placing an order. The recipient shall bear all relevant charges incurred for international shipping. We take no responsibility for any destruction or holding items in the destination country. For more details, please contact the courier or customs in your country.

Do I have to pay a customs duty for the goods if I order from Thaiwholesaler?

After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might do. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local post  customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. For the same reason, customs officials are permitted to open packages. We cannot control all over this procedure.

What should i do if i did not receive the item?

Step by step:

1. Double check to make sure you provide the details are correct, the phone and the address can be reached.

2. Check your E-mail if there is tracking number we sent to you.
If you chose to use Registered Air Mail, please enter the tracking number to trace here:

If you chose Fast Shipping / Express shipping, you can check on the official website of DHL / Fedex / UPS etc.

3. Once the status is showing “Departure From Outward”, it means the parcel is out of Thailand and coming to your country. Please be patient!

4. If over the estimate days you still cannot get the parcel, you may need to collect it in the post office around you, so please contact the courier in your area and give them tracking number.

5. Any delay or lost caused by incorrect detail or post service or custom procedure etc., buyers should take your own risk. If any returned items to us, we can send you back and the shipping fee is buyer’s responsibility.

6. We are willing to show you the receipt on every shipment if you request, it can be the evidence that we shipped on time.

Our Refund Policy

No returns or exchanges. If you haven’t received your item, please do the above steps first, then simply contact us either through Facebook Messaging system or use the Contact Form on this website and we will take care of the rest within few business days. Our professional qualified staff will attempt to the resolve the issue in the possible case of a connect or compatibility issue. If the issue cannot be resolved we will either have a replacement shipped out to you and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, or we can issue a small partial refund back to your account. We will make your experience as simple and satisfying as possible.
